Hi Neighbors, we hosted our December meeting on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 6:30pm. Future meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month.
Highlights from the meeting:
- 2025 Alley Cleanup day! We’ll be organizing an Alley Cleanup day this year, if you would like to help organize this fantastic neighborhood beautification event, please contact Margy. Neighbor Margy suggested the idea from doing this in years past, and it was met with great enthusiasm by the meeting attendees. More details to come.
- Neighbor Nick Petkovich shared details about his very-well-received monthly neighborhood newsletter he’s been putting out the last 3 months. He also setup a Facebook Group available to all University Neighbors you can join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1733360567422546
He’s been hand delivering 700 copies paid for by him and his newsletter sponsors, and is going to visit a new section of the neighborhood next year. It’s a pleasure to read. If you’d like to be added to his newsletter distribution email list, please contact Nick Petkovich at: Petkovip33@gmail.com (The spelling of the email is correct! The 33 seems to be from his college basketball days.) Very grateful for Nick’s involvement in the neighborhood over the years.
